清境獨家 梅酒葡萄麵包 + 有機南瓜吐司

今天也是等客人用餐完畢,才能餵自己咕嚕嚕的胃。這些麵包,是乙級烘焙師傅Karina昨天做一天的作品。(乙級烘焙証照是目前台灣最高級的證書)


後面吐司是蔓越莓麵包體,內陷夾有機南瓜泥 ~ 南瓜是新營親家母栽種的。前面歐式麵包,高山甜柿有機梅子酒釀的葡萄乾~ 梅子與梅酒是大學同學好友 (Mohshu Lin) 親自栽種、醃漬;葡萄乾是加州進口。咖啡是Starbucks豆,豆漿是加拿大非基改自己磨豆、手洗、煮的。


我們的麵包獲得許多國內海外朋友的讚賞,日前也獲得烘焙發達的德國、澳洲、俄羅斯等客人的讚賞。我們歡迎所有的朋友,盡量享受我們的麵包、品嚐我們的用心。

Good morning, fellow blog readers! Not until had guests finished breakfast did I have time to feed my noisy stomach. These breads were made by Karina yesterday (Level B Pastry & Bread Chef. Level B is the highest baking certification in Taiwan).

In the back is cranberry bread with organic pumpkin purée swirls~ Pumpkins were grown by the family of my daughter-in-law in Tainan. In the front is high-mountain persimmon bread infused with plum-wine marinated Californian raisins. The plums were grown by my college close friend (Ms. Mohshu Lin) and the wine was made by herself as well. All organic of course. We also use Starbucks’s coffee beans and Canadian NGM soybeans. We grind, rinse, and cook the soy milk by ourselves - 100% purity. Not from powder or concentration.

Our breads have been enjoyed by guests from all over the world. Even German, Australian, and Russian guests whose home countries' baking cultures and industries are relatively more developed have also shared their positive feedback with us recently. We welcome everyone to indulge in not only our breads, but also our efforts poured in baking and our breakfast!
