今天在整理庭院時，發現受困在洗手台的黃口攀蜥 Diploderma polygonata xanthostoma (Yellow Mouth Lizard)

拍完照，存檔之後（才能上網查牠是誰）把牠放生回到自然 🙏

🚫 長得和牠一點像的綠鬃蜥 在台灣幾乎無天敵。禁止飼養、購買、進口。若在全台（尤其南部）有發現綠鬃蜥，必須通報主管機關（最好能把牠抓起來）。

I found this little lizard trapped in the stainless sink this noon when I was gardening...

Its name is “Diploderma polygonata xanthostoma,” aka “Yellow Mouth Lizard,” is typical in Taiwan’s forests and bushes around this altitude (1500-2500M). 

It was released back to the nature safe and sound after I took photos (so I could search its name later online)

⚠️Note: 

Yellow Mouth Lizard looks a bit like #iguanas, which are strictly prohibited to breed, import, purchase, and keep as pets in Taiwan. Iguanas have almost no natural predators in Taiwanese #ecosystem. If seen, please report to the government as soon as possible.
