南投縣好食民宿授證儀式 &《這一天,我在南投醒來》新書發表會 Nantou Good Food B&B Certification Ceremony and Press Conference

昨天 (2019/04/03) 參加南投縣政府、南投縣民宿協會「好食民宿」授證儀式 & 新書「這一天,我在南投醒來」發表會~ 攤位上,我們呈現當季的栗子南瓜山峰吐司、辮子麵包、核桃酒釀葡萄麵包 😋

好食民宿是由南投縣民宿協會籌劃,並由南投縣政府支持而完成的、專屬於南投縣的合法民宿之特色品牌,旨在推廣在地小農與「住民宿、吃早餐」之精隨。珂之幄從去年春天起陸續完成與通過認證,於今年春天拿到獎牌,並擺立在我們的景觀餐廳內。

We attended the press conference of "Nantou Good Food B&B" certification & the publish of the book by "Nantou B&B Association" - "這一天,我在南投醒來 (Today, I woke up in Nantou)" - A compilation of 25 B&B owners' stories based in Nantou County. We presented our seasonal pumpkin breads:  challah, walnut and plum-wine raisin bread, and "three-ridge bread." 😊

So I was on the newspaper for this event... Guess who's gonna be young and famous now... 😏😏😝 (My pumpkin challah of course)

We have been working for participate "Nantou Good Food B&B" since last May. This spring we were finally certificated and is now a part of the brand that pivots to promoting local produce and signature breakfast for licensed bed & breakfast businesses in Nantou County.
